What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years management in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant.

  • Leadership Skills: A passion for leading teams and providing exceptional hospitality.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

  • Foster a family-like environment for the team, offering support and guidance.

  • Partner seamlessly with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Mentor and develop future Front of House (FOH) leaders.

  • Manage and troubleshoot our POS system (TOAST) confidently.

  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure all guests leave happy.

  • Monitor budgets to maintain profitability.

  • Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks accurately and on time.
