The Farm Italy brings the artistry, simplicity, and seasonal freshness of authentic Italian dining to Long Island—and now to our newest location in Westbury. Our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, and our Dishwashers/Porters are essential in keeping it running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Keep dish room, prep areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe throughout the shift.
Take out trash and recycling; maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas.
Assist chefs and cooks by ensuring they always have clean tools and equipment ready.
Support the kitchen and restaurant team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly throughout the inside and outside of the restaurant.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic—team players are a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Reliability—our team counts on you every day.
Prior restaurant or dishwasher experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidates.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Perks:
Hourly Pay depending on experience.
